Product Description

    Our Hot Ink roller mainly used on MY-380F , Friction / Electric Ink roll coding machine, and Sealing machine to print date and batch  number.

    We have two types: M ( Medium temperature: 90-130ºC) and H (High temperature: 120-160ºC).

 

    It is used to print date and batch number on food or medical packagings.
    It delivers high quality printing on flexible packaging films foils and labels for continuous operations.

    Our Hot Ink roll has the advantages of clear printing, strong adhesion, easy to color, quick-dry.

    It can be used on the following machine to print: MY-380F coder, Friction Ink roll coder and Sealing machine.

    The working principle is to melt the solid ink roller and print it on the object that needs to be printed.

Usage Method: Put ink roller into preheater for 10-15 minutes( if not preheater, it's ok to put it directly in ink roller printer for preheating, adjust space between code printer word wheel and  hot iron roller into optimum condition.
